3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and not restricted from using financial services under applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Multi-factor authentication is required

5. Regulatory Compliance

UV operates under multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks:

• United States: Money Services Business (MSB) License
• Puerto Rico: IFE Digital Banking & Life Insurance License
• United Kingdom: Electronic Money Institution (EMI) License
• Switzerland: Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) Membership

6. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or market manipulation
• Violation of sanctions programs
• Unauthorized access or hacking

7. Limitation of Liability

United Vault is not liable for losses arising from:

• User error or negligence
• Third-party service failures
• Market volatility
